Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Generation: Drive the complete sales lifecycle for AWS solutions, from prospecting and lead qualification to high-value deal closure.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying new business opportunities within the UAE’s enterprise and SME sectors.
- Consultative Selling: Understand complex customer pain points and propose tailored AWS cloud solutions (Migration, DevOps, Security, Data).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and leverage long-term relationships with CTOs, IT Managers, and Procurement heads to drive cloud adoption.
- Market Positioning: Represent Zoft Cares at industry events and stay updated on the latest AWS service launches and competitive pricing models.
- Technical Coordination: Work closely with the Cloud Architects and Engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions are technically viable and cost-effective.
🔹 Requirements:
- Proven Sales Record: Demonstrated experience in AWS Cloud sales with a consistent history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Technical Literacy: Strong understanding of AWS core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) and the economic benefits of cloud vs. on-premise.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills suited for a high-stakes corporate environment.
- Attributes: Passionate, energetic, and self-motivated with a “hunter” mindset for new business acquisition.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field. AWS Business Professional or Cloud Practitioner certifications are a significant plus.
- Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the UAE IT landscape and local business procurement behaviors.
