Job Description:
A leading nightlife venue in Dubai is seeking a dynamic and high-energy Bar Manager to lead bar operations in a fast-paced environment. This role is fundamental to our service delivery, requiring a professional who excels in managing high-volume nightclubs and high-end lounges. You will be responsible for overseeing all bar functions, ensuring efficient peak-hour service, and maintaining exceptional guest satisfaction across VIP and table service areas. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee total bar operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service during peak and late-night hours.
- Manage a high-performing team and maintain guest satisfaction across VIP and premium table service environments.
- Drive bar performance through strategic sales initiatives and rigorous cost control measures.
- Maintain a strong leadership presence on the floor, specifically during high-volume nightclub peak times.
- Uphold elite standards in mixology, beverage presentation, and premium guest experiences.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding staff recruitment, training, and performance reviews.
- Utilize Information Technology and POS systems to monitor real-time sales and inventory data.
- Support education for junior staff on luxury beverage brands and advanced service techniques.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or a related professional qualification.
- Minimum 4 years of specialized bar experience and 5 years overall hospitality experience.
- Proven success in a high-volume nightclub or lounge in Dubai (Mandatory Requirement).
- Expert knowledge of the Dubai nightlife market, current beverage trends, and VIP service protocols.
- Strong financial management skills and analytical ability to optimize bar profitability.
- High level of IT literacy for managing digital beverage inventory and sales reports.
- Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a significant advantage.
- Capability to coordinate with engineering or maintenance for bar equipment and lighting upkeep.
