Job Description:
We are seeking a passionate, energetic, and customer-centric Barista to manage daily hot and cold beverage production, premium latte art standards, and front-of-house remediation tracking tracks at our flag ship dining destination within Dubai Mall. This central guest-facing role demands complete lifecycle control over coffee extraction variables, precise customer order file documentation, and immediate workflow bottleneck resolution to guarantee flawless service velocity for executive café management evaluation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and execute a premium menu of hot and cold artisan beverages, including specialty coffees, loose-leaf teas, fresh juices, and custom blends.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging guests warmly to establish a memorable, high-end retail dining experience.
- Validate drink presentation quality, ensuring consistent flavor profiles, correct temperatures, and polished aesthetics across all orders.
- Operate commercial espresso machines, specialty grinders, and automated brewing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Process customer transactions accurately with point-of-sale systems while managing ordering queues professionally.
- Maintain immaculate station cleanliness, sanitizing work areas, tools, and guest tables in strict adherence to hygiene codes.
- Monitor inventory levels of coffee beans, dairy assets, and syrups, tracking stock rotation routines to avoid waste.
- Collaborate fluidly with the wider food and beverage team to streamline kitchen operations and guest service pipelines.

- Prior professional experience navigating a fast-paced specialty café, luxury restaurant, or high-end hotel environment as a Barista.
- Deep structural understanding of coffee extraction chemistry, milk texturing dynamics, and contemporary latte art styles.
- Polished personal presentation matched with exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal hospitality traits.
