About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards. This involves engaging with customers, providing friendly service, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and related equipment, ensuring all hygiene and safety standards are upheld.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and specialty beverages according to company standards.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service (Customer Service).
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and related equipment.
- Assist with inventory management and daily operations as required.
- Uphold all hygiene and safety standards in the workplace.
Requirements:
- Passion for coffee and the food & beverage industry.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, customer-focused environments.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
