Biology Teacher – Dubai, UAE

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Instructional Leadership: Deliver high-quality Biology lessons to secondary and senior secondary students in alignment with CBSE standards.
• Board Preparation: Prepare students for board examinations by conducting intensive revision sessions, mock exams, and analyzing board question patterns.
• Curriculum Design: Develop engaging lesson plans and laboratory experiments that simplify complex biological concepts.
• Classroom Management: Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment that encourages student participation and scientific inquiry.
• Student Assessment: Monitor and evaluate student progress through regular assessments, providing constructive feedback to students and parents.
• Administrative Compliance: Maintain accurate academic records and coordinate with the department head for curriculum updates and TLS requirements.

🔹 Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a B.Ed or a Master’s Degree in Biology.
• Experience: Minimum 3+ years of teaching experience specifically within the CBSE board framework with a history of positive results.
• Certifications: Completed educational certificate equivalency in the UAE; TLS (Teacher Licensing System) certification is highly preferred.
• Availability: Must be currently available in the UAE and ready to join immediately.
• Subject Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Biology topics (Botany & Zoology) and a thorough understanding of current board exam patterns.
• Soft Skills: Excellent classroom management, strong communication, and the ability to inspire students toward academic excellence.
