Job Description:
We are executing an urgent tactical appointment within our core facilities management division and are seeking a skilled, proactive Building Operations Supervisor to govern day-to-day property asset workflows and direct technical systems maintenance across our UAE properties. Operating as an essential operational leader within our physical asset division, this full-time position focuses on maximizing facility up-time scores, auditing preventative engineering systems, and enforcing absolute environmental safety compliance under our unified facility management framework.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and regulate daily building operations, encompassing civil maintenance, physical safety protocols, and general facility management activities.
- Ensure the proper continuous functioning, load management, and testing of centralized HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing networks, and life safety fire systems.
- Oversee, guide, and coordinate technical maintenance technicians, housekeeping crews, and physical security guard teams on site.
- Liaise directly with specialized external contractors and utility service providers to execute high-fidelity repairs, structural fit-outs, and maintenance work.
- Enforce absolute property compliance with UAE Municipality, Civil Defense, and relevant local environmental and corporate security regulations.
- Monitor building safety indicators systematically and design detailed, proactive preventative maintenance schedules for all built infrastructures.
- Handle direct tenant coordination loops, resolve complex customer operational complaints, and execute emergency facility fixes promptly.
- Prepare structured operational logs, material expense records, and asset status summaries using localized digital computer systems.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Technical Diploma, or accredited Certification in Facilities Management, Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related asset-operations discipline.
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of successful, verified professional history operating as a building supervisor, facilities officer, or asset maintenance engineer within the UAE real estate environment.
- Deep fundamental technical knowledge governing MEP configurations, including commercial HVAC chillers, multi-tier electrical switchgears, and automated fire protection systems.
- Proven experience leading and guiding teams of multi-disciplinary technicians, cleaning crews, and external asset subcontractors.
- Strong structural familiarity with UAE Municipality frameworks, local civil defense structural safety codes, and official building permit steps.
- Advanced technical data literacy with practical proficiency deploying formulas, facilities logs, and tracking sheets inside Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills paired with sharp interpersonal coordination and practical on-site problem-solving abilities.
- A valid, clean UAE Driving License is strictly mandatory to support travel requirements between properties.
