🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Conversion: Manage and convert high-quality inbound leads from various channels including WhatsApp, website inquiries, and referrals.
  • Consultative Selling: Expertly explain the differences between Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups, including visa requirements and banking solutions.
  • Content Creation: Develop engaging marketing videos for social media to showcase company products and business setup services.
  • CRM Discipline: Maintain meticulous records of the sales pipeline using CRM systems and Excel to ensure no follow-up is missed.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and retention.
  • Onboarding Coordination: Work closely with the operations team to ensure a seamless transition from sales closure to legal processing and licensing.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: 1 to 6 years of experience in sales, business development, or corporate coordination.
  • Domain Knowledge: Prior experience in Business Setup or Company Formation in the UAE is highly preferred.
  • Communication: Exceptional English skills are mandatory; proficiency in Arabic, Hindi, or other languages is a significant advantage.
  • Mindset: Target-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume lead environment.
  • Digital Savvy: Ability to create basic video content and navigate modern sales automation tools.
  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
