Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to support seller acquisition and expansion initiatives in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can identify and onboard new partners for management and growth review. You will be responsible for conducting field visits, presenting business opportunities, and achieving acquisition targets in a performance-driven environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in B2B Field Sales and exceptional negotiation skills. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard new sellers and business partners to expand our active network across Dubai.
- Conduct frequent field visits to potential partners to meet management and performance-driven acquisition targets.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal account management teams regarding smooth seller onboarding and collaboration.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through effective presentation and business modeling.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and sales tools for accurate lead tracking and performance reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a relevant academic discipline.
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in B2B field sales or business development within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of sales pipelines, client negotiations, and target achievement.
- Professional background in education or training regarding e-commerce, retail, or FMCG distribution.
- A valid UAE driving license is strictly mandatory for this fieldwork-intensive role.
- Fluency in English is required; additional knowledge of Arabic or Hindi is a significant advantage.
