Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Agency Development: Actively identify, recruit, and onboard new insurance agencies to expand the company’s distribution network.
- Relationship Management: Build and nurture sustainable partnerships with existing agency principals and brokers to ensure QIC remains their preferred provider.
- Sales Performance: Drive the achievement of monthly and quarterly premium targets through proactive management of the assigned agency portfolio.
- Market Expansion: Monitor UAE insurance market trends to identify untapped niches and develop strategies for business growth.
- Training & Support: Deliver product presentations and technical support to agencies to ensure they are equipped to sell QIC’s insurance solutions effectively.
- Channel Monitoring: Analyze agency performance data and provide regular reports to senior management on channel health and ROI.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of proven sales experience within the UAE insurance industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder, Diploma, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; ability to influence external partners.
- Attributes: Enthusiastic, motivated, and performance-driven with a clear focus on achieving ambitious sales goals.
- Market Knowledge: Sound understanding of UAE insurance products, regulatory standards, and agency dynamics.
