🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Expansion: Design and execute high-level strategies to drive market share growth across the MENA region’s Forex and CFD sectors.
  • Partnership Management: Build, nurture, and scale relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic institutional partners.
  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify new business opportunities and client segments through targeted outreach and market analysis.
  • Corporate Representation: Act as the face of Qorva Markets at industry expos, networking events, and high-level client meetings.
  • Revenue Growth: Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue and KPI targets.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of regional regulatory changes and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Demonstrated success in a Business Development role specifically within a Forex or CFD brokerage.
  • Network: Must possess an established network of IBs, active trading clients, or financial affiliates in the region.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to close complex financial deals.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree holder in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Mindset: Highly self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure brokerage environment.
  • Location: Currently based in Dubai or willing to relocate immediately.
