Job Description:
Sakori Infra is actively seeking an experienced Business Development Manager based in Dubai to lead the expansion of our enterprise SaaS operations. This role is fundamental to our market presence, requiring a results-driven professional who can identify high-value opportunities and manage complex client relationships across the UAE and GCC. You will be responsible for the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure, while presenting innovative SaaS solutions to senior executives. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within enterprise markets to drive sales growth across the UAE and GCC.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue targets for management review.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and key decision-makers at the executive level.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, including lead generation, negotiation, and high-value deal closure.
- Present advanced SaaS and Information Technology solutions effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Liaise with the Human Resources department regarding team expansion and internal sales training.
- Coordinate with engineering and product teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and technical satisfaction.
- Support education initiatives for clients regarding digital transformation and software ROI.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 4 to 8 years of professional experience with mandatory expertise in enterprise-level SaaS sales.
- Proven technical knowledge of IT infrastructure and software-as-a-service delivery models.
- Strong background in management of enterprise accounts and large-scale deal negotiations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence sales outcomes and stakeholder engagement.
- Professional background in education or training related to digital sales strategies is a plus.
- Ability to coordinate with engineering teams for product demonstrations and technical scoping.
- Must be currently based in Dubai with a proactive and commercially focused mindset.
