🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Company Formation: Execute end-to-end licensing for Abu Dhabi mainland and free zones, including new incorporations, renewals, and legal amendments.
  • Visa & Residency: Process diverse visa categories including Investor, Partner, Employment, and Golden Visas, alongside family sponsorship and cancellations.
  • Government Portals: Manage complex transactions through TAMM, MOHRE (Tas-heel/Tadbeer), and Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP) portals.
  • Legal Documentation: Draft Memorandums of Association (MOA), handle Power of Attorney (POA) attestations, and oversee document legalization via ADJD.
  • Liaison Services: Coordinate directly with government departments, embassies, and consulates to resolve processing bottlenecks.
  • Bilingual Documentation: Perform accurate Arabic and English legal typing to ensure compliance with UAE labor and immigration regulations.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven PRO or government liaison experience specifically within the Abu Dhabi market.
  • Technical Knowledge: Mandatory expertise in Abu Dhabi mainland and various Free Zone setups (e.g., KIZAD, Masdar, ADGM).
  • Portal Proficiency: Advanced hands-on experience with TAMM, MOHRE, and Immigration systems.
  • Language: Strong professional communication skills in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
  • Residency: Must be a current resident of Abu Dhabi; a UAE driving license is highly preferred.
  • Mindset: A detail-oriented professional focused on backend accuracy and regulatory compliance.
