Job Description:
Burjeel Hospital is currently inviting applications for the position of Centre Manager to oversee and manage the full spectrum of operations at its medical centre in Dubai. This leadership role is fundamental to our mission, requiring a strategic thinker who can balance clinical workflow efficiency with a strong patient-centric approach. You will be responsible for the day-to-day functioning of the facility, ensuring that all management processes align with DHA regulations and international healthcare benchmarks. We are looking for an experienced professional who can lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care while optimizing financial and operational performance. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily operations of the healthcare centre to streamline processes and enhance workflow efficiency.
- Lead, guide, and develop a multidisciplinary team while fostering a collaborative clinical culture.
- Monitor patient satisfaction metrics and implement continuous quality improvement initiatives across the facility.
- Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, revenue monitoring, and strict cost control management.
- Ensure full compliance with DHA regulations, accreditation requirements, and internal medical policies.
- Prepare detailed operational reports and present performance indicators to senior management.
- Liaise with Human Resources regarding medical staffing, credentialing, and professional development.
- Coordinate with Information Technology to optimize Health Information Systems (HIS) and digital patient records.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (Master’s degree preferred).
- Demonstrated experience in healthcare operations management or leadership roles within the UAE.
- Thorough knowledge of DHA regulatory standards and healthcare accreditation processes.
- Strong leadership capabilities with proven experience in team development and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills to manage relationships with vendors and external stakeholders.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools for operational reporting and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to work full-time on-site in Dubai within a high-pressure clinical environment.
- Strategic mindset focused on revenue growth and operational excellence.
