Job Description:
We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant to take on a dynamic Business Development role within our Dubai-based firm. This role is fundamental to our commercial framework, requiring a professional who can move beyond traditional accounting to drive business growth and identify new opportunities for management review. You will be responsible for building long-term client relationships, providing expert advisory support, and staying updated on UAE regulatory requirements. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to support the company’s growth strategy across Dubai.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering strategic advisory support to meet management objectives.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal project teams to deliver customized solutions aligned with client needs.
- Represent the company at networking events and professional engagements to expand our corporate footprint.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor market trends and manage client engagement data.
🔹 Requirements:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (India or equivalent professional certification).
- 3 to 8 years of professional experience in consulting or client-facing advisory roles within the UAE.
- Strong background in management of business development, networking, and high-level client relationships.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE compliance frameworks and market practices.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced consulting environment in Dubai.
