🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day corporate accounting operations, cash management flows, and comprehensive financial reporting pipelines seamlessly.
• Prepare high-fidelity financial statements, statutory balancing accounts, and maintain accurate ledger entries according to IFRS standards.
• Ensure absolute corporate compliance with federal corporate regulations, local financial policies, and construction industry fiscal laws.
• Assist senior leadership with strategic corporate budgeting, project financial analysis, overhead variance tracking, and structural reporting.
• Coordinate directly with internal procurement, estimation, and site project departments to support integrated financial operations loops.
• Contribute systematically to continuous process improvements across internal accounting controls, workflow structures, and automated frameworks.
• Reconcile daily project expenditure sheets, tracking supplier payment logs, subcontractor progress billing tables, and client milestone invoices.

🔹 Requirements:

• Active, mandatory credentialing as a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) from a recognized professional body, establishing an advanced theoretical and analytical command of corporate auditing, fiscal strategy, and sophisticated tax management structures.
• Proven high-performance professional history driving accounting operations or financial oversight, with a strong, verified preference for candidates holding prior workspace tenure inside the United Arab Emirates construction or engineering sector. Immediate readiness for on-site project deployment in Abu Dhabi is expected.
• Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking work-in-progress (WIP) values, building forecasting models, and managing heavy transaction sets inside Microsoft Excel.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred and will grant direct priority placement during the resume vetting track to support multi-site deployment logistics.
• Fluency in spoken and written English alongside conversational proficiency in Hindi is highly valued to secure seamless communication lines across diverse corporate levels and technical supplier channels.
