Job Description:

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will assume absolute responsibility for corporate financial strategy, cross-border fiscal frameworks, and commercial risk mitigation. Operating as a critical advisor to the executive board, this professional will optimize multi-currency transactions, enhance internal auditing systems, and lead macro-level investment planning across all engineering and trading divisions.

• 10+ years of comprehensive experience in senior financial management roles.
• Proven UAE experience within the engineering or industrial trading sectors.
• Extensive exposure to international trade frameworks and complex multi-currency accounting.
• Full professional fluency in both Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Active professional certification such as CA, CPA, ACCA, CMA, or an equivalent accounting credential.
• Advanced mastery of financial governance, corporate strategy, and commercial performance optimization.
