Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Civil Engineer to join our professional construction operations team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring a professional who can deliver site engineering precision for management and structural performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily civil workflows, coordinating with structural consultants, verifying blueprint dimensions, compiling daily project records, and enforcing local construction codes. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Civil Site Supervision, Structural Blueprint Compliance, and Contractor Resource Alignment and a proactive approach to engineering timelines. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct daily civil engineering workflows and site sub-contractor activities to meet management and engineering project milestones.
• Support structural integrity in Abu Dhabi, inspecting site works against approved blueprints and technical parameters with 100% precision.
• Liaise with the Human Resources department, external engineering consultants, and project developers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of material resources.
• Resolve real-time structural conflicts, formulate progress reports, and verify that HSE protocols are consistently maintained on site.
• Utilize digital Information Technology tools and structural tracking applications to review project plans, calculate material volumes, and register progress histories.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or an closely related engineering discipline is required.
• Relevant professional experience supervising civil construction sites within the UAE or wider GCC region is preferred.
• Strong background in management of structural trades, field engineering crews, and materials distribution timelines.
• Professional background in education regarding UAE building regulations, structural safety procedures, and technical project documentation protocols.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills inside intense field environments.
• Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, direct complex civil work segments under tight construction deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi contracting environment.
