Cleaning Supervisor – Dubai, UAE | Ecoguard FM

About the Role:

Ecoguard Facilities Management (EFM) is seeking an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our Dubai team. This role suits someone with strong leadership skills and practical experience managing soft services within facilities management. We’re looking for a hands-on supervisor who can oversee cleaning operations, lead teams, and maintain high standards across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee cleaning operations and staff, ensuring adherence to standards for commercial and residential facilities. Key duties include training, motivating staff, managing multiple sites, and ensuring consistent service delivery. The role requires a Valid UAE Driving License for site travel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proven supervisory experience in cleaning operations or FM soft services.
• Strong leadership and communication skills — able to train, motivate and coordinate cleaning staff effectively.
• Capability to manage multiple sites and perform well under pressure.
• In-depth knowledge of deep-cleaning procedures and standards for commercial/residential facilities.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to cleaning schedules and team performance.

Requirements:

• 4–6 years of experience in Facilities Management (Soft Services).
• Valid UAE Driving License required.
• Fluent English (written and verbal).
• Estimated Qualification like Bachelor Degree holder, Diploma/Degree/Certificate.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
