Job Description:
We are currently looking for a professional and well-organized Clinic Coordinator to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can manage daily operations and coordinate patient appointments for management and medical review. You will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between patients and doctors while ensuring a welcoming environment. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Healthcare Administration and a proactive approach to patient care. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily clinic operations and support administrative activities to meet management standards.
- Schedule and manage patient appointments while ensuring a smooth flow within the Abu Dhabi clinic.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and medical staff to assist with operational coordination and follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to patient visits and clinical activities for 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and scheduling tools to enhance patient communication and service delivery.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Previous professional experience working in a medical clinic; aesthetic clinic experience is a strong advantage.
- Strong background in management of patient appointments, documentation, and coordination.
- Professional background in education or training regarding healthcare communication and patient hospitality.
- Fluent Arabic speaking skills are highly preferred for effective patient interaction.
- Must be currently based in Abu Dhabi or Al Ain and capable of demonstrating operational excellence.
