Job Description:
We are currently looking to hire a reliable and detail-oriented Clinic Store Keeper to support our medical operations team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can manage medical supplies and clinic materials for management and healthcare review. You will be responsible for receiving incoming supplies, monitoring expiration dates, and maintaining organized storage systems to support daily services. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Healthcare Inventory Management and a proactive approach to safety standards. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Receive and inspect incoming medical supplies and clinic materials for quantity and quality to meet management standards.
- Store and organize clinical products appropriately within the Dubai facility to ensure 100% safety compliance.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and medical staff regarding supply distribution and internal inventory protocols.
- Inspect expiry dates of medical products and ensure items are used within safe timeframes and healthcare regulations.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and stock tracking systems for accurate inventory record maintenance and reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant academic discipline.
- Mandatory professional experience working within a hospital or clinic environment.
- Strong background in management of medical stock levels, documentation, and organized storage systems.
- Professional background in education or training regarding healthcare safety standards and inventory software.
- Must be currently residing in the United Arab Emirates with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence while coordinating closely with healthcare and administrative teams.
