Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our hospital pharmacy team. This role is fundamental to our clinical framework, requiring a professional who can review medication therapies and evaluate prescriptions for management and physician review. You will be responsible for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, monitoring patient responses, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and review medication prescriptions to ensure safe and effective drug therapy for UAE patients.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and nurses to optimize treatment plans and management of patient care.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and pharmacy teams to support the implementation of hospital policies.
- Maintain accurate documentation related to medication therapy management to ensure 100% data integrity.
- Utilize digital Information Technology tools to monitor drug interactions and maintain pharmaceutical care standards.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from a recognized institution.
- Mandatory Valid DHA or MOH License specifically as a Clinical Pharmacist.
- Strong background in management of clinical decisions, patient monitoring, and dosing adjustments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding pharmacology and healthcare compliance.
- Ability to demonstrate operational excellence and leadership while working in a multidisciplinary hospital team.
- Excellent communication skills; open to candidates of all nationalities based in the United Arab Emirates.
