Job Description:
Carlson Recruiters is partnering with reputable healthcare providers to identify and recruit a qualified Arabic-speaking Clinical Psychologist. This role involves delivering high-quality psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions within established multidisciplinary clinical settings. We are seeking compassionate professionals specializing in adult or child psychology, with a particular interest in experienced senior-level Child Psychologists. This position offers a unique opportunity to provide evidence-based care to a diverse patient population while working in a supportive, professional environment committed to the highest standards of mental health services.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive psychological assessments, diagnoses, and therapeutic interventions for adult and/or pediatric populations.
- Develop and implement individualized evidence-based treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of doctors and specialists to ensure holistic patient management.
- Deliver high-quality mental health support in both Arabic and English to bridge cultural and linguistic gaps.
- Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with DHA and DOH regulations.
- Coordinate with Human Resources regarding professional licensing renewals and clinical training requirements.
- Utilize Information Technology and digital healthcare systems for patient record management and tele-therapy services.
- Participate in community outreach programs and provide educational support to families and caregivers.
🔹 Requirements:
- Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from a recognized and accredited institution.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is mandatory.
- Demonstrated clinical experience working with adult and/or pediatric populations; Senior Child Psychologists are highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in evidence-based therapeutic interventions and standardized clinical assessments.
- Valid UAE professional license (DHA or DOH) is highly encouraged; international applicants must meet UAE licensing eligibility.
- High level of proficiency in IT tools for clinical reporting and data management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to patient wellbeing and ethical practice.
- Ability to work within a fast-paced and multidisciplinary clinical environment.
