🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Assessment: Conduct comprehensive psychological or psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments using evidence-based tools.
• Treatment Planning: Develop and implement tailored therapeutic interventions or pharmacological treatment plans for a diverse patient demographic.
• Patient Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate mental health services while maintaining a well-established personal client base.
• Ethics & Compliance: Adhere to strict professional ethics and DHA healthcare regulations regarding patient confidentiality and record-keeping.
• Collaboration: Work within a multidisciplinary clinical team to provide holistic and integrated care for complex cases.
• Practice Growth: Contribute to the reputation and clinical excellence of the practice through professional conduct and evidence-based results.

🔹 Requirements:

• Licensing: Mandatory possession of a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) License as a Psychologist or Psychiatrist.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on clinical experience specifically within the UAE.
• Client Base: Must possess a strong and well-established personal client base within the region.
• Expertise: Proven mastery in evidence-based assessment and treatment methods (e.g., CBT, psychodynamic, or psychiatric management).
• Education: Doctorate (PhD/PsyD) or Master’s degree in Psychology, or an MD with specialization in Psychiatry for consultants.
• Attributes: Commitment to clinical excellence, professional ethics, and long-term professional growth.
