Job Description:

The Coffee Shop Supervisor will oversee daily café operations, lead the Front-of-House team, and ensure exceptional customer service and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily coffee shop and Front-of-House operations.
• Lead, train, and motivate the café team to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure high standards of food, beverage, and service quality.
• Monitor daily operations to maintain efficiency and smooth workflow.
• Support inventory control and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and maintain a positive dining experience.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in coffee and café operations.
• Strong Front-of-House (FOH) leadership experience.
• Experience with leading UAE hospitality brands is preferred.
• Excellent team leadership and customer service skills.
• Hands-on, energetic, and proactive approach to daily operations.
