Consumer Protection Officer – Dubai, UAE | Al Fuad Exchange

About the Role:

Al Fuad Exchange is seeking a dedicated Consumer Protection Officer to join their Dubai head office. This role is exclusively open to Arab nationals and requires an immediate joiner to manage customer complaints and support customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Complaints Management: Receive, investigate, resolve, and monitor complaints.
• Team Supervision & Development: Mentor the customer service team and conduct training for new hires.
• Policy & Process Improvement: Review and suggest enhancements to boost efficiency and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate Call Records and prepare monthly Reports & Surveys.

Requirements:

• 2 to 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the exchange house sector.
• Must be an Arab National and available for immediate joining (mandatory).
• Graduate qualification in Finance or a related discipline.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
