Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and performance-focused Corporate Sales Executive / Officer to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a professional with solid UAE experience in the travel sector who is passionate about identifying new business opportunities and managing high-value corporate accounts. You will be responsible for developing relationships within the SME, MNC, and Government sectors, implementing effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets. We are looking for a target-driven individual who can conduct high-level presentations and negotiate complex travel contracts with precision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new corporate sales opportunities within SME, MNC, and Government sectors.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients to ensure high retention and satisfaction.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to consistently exceed assigned monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage key accounts professionally, ensuring high service standards and consistent follow-ups.
  • Conduct face-to-face client meetings, professional presentations, and strategic negotiations to close deals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored travel solutions that meet specific corporate requirements.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding performance incentives and professional education on new travel products.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools and CRM systems to monitor market trends and competitor activities.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 5 years of proven UAE corporate sales experience, preferably within the Travel & Tourism industry.
  • Strong background in account management and strategic sales planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and high-stakes presentation skills.
  • Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory for client site visits across the Emirates.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a highly competitive environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in IT tools for reporting and data-driven management.
  • Well-organized with strong time management and planning capabilities.
