Job Description:
TRC Pamco is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Service Executive to join its growing team in Dubai. This role is fundamental to our service delivery, requiring a professional who can navigate UAE mainland and free zone company formation processes with absolute accuracy. You will be responsible for managing visa processing, drafting legal documentation, and coordinating with government authorities for Human Resources and licensing needs. We are looking for an individual with a strong background in government liaison who thrives in a fast-paced business setup environment. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and liaise with UAE government authorities, including DED, Municipalities, and Free Zone entities.
- Manage Dubai mainland and UAE free zone company formation, amendments, and legal documentation.
- Handle comprehensive visa services, including mainland, free zone, and Golden Visa applications.
- Draft professional business proposals and executive correspondence to support client sales and retention.
- Utilize Information Technology tools for data management and task tracking to ensure deadlines are met.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or relevant certificate in Business, Law, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in UAE corporate services or government liaison roles.
- In-depth technical knowledge of engineering business setup requirements and jurisdictional regulations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to independently prioritize complex assignments.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws and licensing is a plus.
- Must currently reside in the UAE and be available for immediate joining.
