Job Description:
The Cost Analyst / Quantity Surveyor will manage cost analysis activities, review project documentation, prepare payment certificates, monitor budgets, and support commercial operations.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and evaluate subcontractor payment certificates.
- Review invoices, variations, and supporting project documents.
- Prepare quotations, price comparison statements, and cost evaluations.
- Perform detailed costing and cost analysis for projects.
- Monitor project budgets and prepare regular cost reports.
- Coordinate with procurement, contracts, and site teams.
- Maintain accurate commercial records and payment documentation.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of relevant UAE construction experience.
- Strong knowledge of payment certification, cost analysis, and price comparisons.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost management tools.
- Good analytical, numerical, and communication skills.
- Available to join immediately.
- Strong knowledge of quantity surveying, construction cost control, and budget monitoring.
