🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Execution: Lead and implement country-level HR strategies that directly support organizational growth and operational excellence.
  • RFP & Workforce Planning: Support RFP submissions by developing precise headcount models, manpower costing, and budget alignments.
  • Operational Partnership: Collaborate with business teams to plan staffing requirements and HR budgets for both new and existing service contracts.
  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely, high-quality hiring in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
  • Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to UAE labor laws, regulatory standards, and internal corporate policies.
  • Performance & Scaling: Drive performance management systems and retention strategies while scaling HR processes to meet evolving client needs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Leadership Profile: Proven experience as an HR leader in high-volume, services-driven, or operationally intensive industries.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong background in RFP support, manpower costing, and workforce modeling.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (SHRM/CIPD) are preferred.
  • Skills: Proactive, decisive, and highly accountable for measurable HR outcomes.
  • Attributes: Hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and is focused on execution and scaling operations.
  • Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the UAE labor market and regulatory landscape.
