Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Execution: Lead and implement country-level HR strategies that directly support organizational growth and operational excellence.
- RFP & Workforce Planning: Support RFP submissions by developing precise headcount models, manpower costing, and budget alignments.
- Operational Partnership: Collaborate with business teams to plan staffing requirements and HR budgets for both new and existing service contracts.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee end-to-end recruitment to ensure timely, high-quality hiring in a high-volume, performance-driven environment.
- Legal Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to UAE labor laws, regulatory standards, and internal corporate policies.
- Performance & Scaling: Drive performance management systems and retention strategies while scaling HR processes to meet evolving client needs.
🔹 Requirements:
- Leadership Profile: Proven experience as an HR leader in high-volume, services-driven, or operationally intensive industries.
- Technical Expertise: Strong background in RFP support, manpower costing, and workforce modeling.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (SHRM/CIPD) are preferred.
- Skills: Proactive, decisive, and highly accountable for measurable HR outcomes.
- Attributes: Hands-on leader who thrives under pressure and is focused on execution and scaling operations.
- Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the UAE labor market and regulatory landscape.
