Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Customer Service Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our operational framework, requiring a professional who can lead large-scale service operations and implement governance strategies for management and stakeholder review. You will be responsible for defining KPIs, managing service benchmarks, and overseeing day-to-day workforce planning. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Industrial Service Operations and a proactive approach to CRM implementation. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of customer service strategies across our Abu Dhabi industrial and commercial units.
  • Define and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and service benchmarks to meet management and performance standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth end-to-end service delivery.
  • Oversee daily service operations, including handling complex escalations and strategic workforce planning.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology and CRM systems to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations, or a relevant academic discipline.
  • 8 to 10 years of professional experience with at least 3–5 years in a dedicated leadership capacity.
  • Strong background in management of industrial or commercial service environments and resource planning.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding CRM systems, reporting tools, and operational dashboards.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on delivering operational excellence.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.
