Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Native Arabic Speaking Customer Service Officer to join our specialized motor insurance operations team in Mussafah. This role is fundamental to our service framework, requiring a professional who can manage policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements for management review. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing quotations, and coordinating with insurance providers for smooth policy processing. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Customer Service and insurance-related processes. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage motor insurance policy issuance, renewals, and endorsements efficiently at our Mussafah facility.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate quotations to meet management service standards.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources and internal insurance departments regarding claims coordination, policy processing, and client follow-ups.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain updated records of all insurance transactions and correspondences.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology tools for policy management, documentation, and stakeholder communication.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business, Insurance, or a relevant discipline.
  • Native Arabic speaker is mandatory for effective client communication and policy documentation.
  • Relevant professional experience in motor insurance or a similar customer-facing role within the UAE.
  • Strong background in management of policy renewals, quotations, and client relationship maintenance.
  • Professional background in education or training regarding UAE motor insurance regulations and claims procedures.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced Abu Dhabi business environment.
