🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Leadership: Direct the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable data applications tailored to specific automotive business requirements.
• Azure Ecosystem Management: Oversee the Azure data architecture, managing ADF (Azure Data Factory) pipelines, Databricks clusters, and overall platform performance.
• Strategic Solutioning: Translate complex business needs into secure, reliable, and high-efficiency data solutions that support the entire organizational lifecycle.
• Advanced Analytics Support: Provide the foundational data infrastructure for AI/ML use cases, predictive maintenance models, and executive dashboards.
• Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a high-performing team of data engineers, BI developers, and analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
• Governance & Security: Enforce rigorous data governance, access control, and quality standards to ensure data integrity across all automotive applications.

🔹 Requirements:

• Professional Experience: Minimum 12+ years of extensive experience in data engineering, analytics, and technical management.
• Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on expertise in the Azure data ecosystem (ADF, Databricks, Synapse) and modern analytics tools.
• Industry Context: Prior exposure to the Automotive industry is highly desirable and considered a significant competitive advantage.
• Systems Integration: Familiarity with SAP data sources (S/4 HANA, BW, BO) for seamless enterprise data flow.
• Leadership Pedigree: Proven ability to manage stakeholders at all levels and lead multidisciplinary technical teams.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
