Design Manager – Dubai, UAE | DXBsolutions

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end menswear design projects, from concept and seasonal direction to production handover.
• Manage and mentor a design team and coordinate with merchandising and sourcing.
• Drive seasonal trend direction, oversee fit development, and ensure commercial viability.
• Source fabrics and trims, evaluate suppliers, and translate concepts into detailed technical specifications.
• Prepare and maintain tech-packs, review samples, and resolve fit or quality issues.
• Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to align assortment strategy.

Candidate Profile:

• 14+ years of proven track record creating retail-ready menswear collections.
• Strong leadership experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent understanding of fit, fabric sourcing, garment construction, and tech-pack creation.
• Experience or familiarity with markets such as South Africa, Europe (UK, Spain, France, Germany, Poland), Turkey and Ireland is preferred.
