Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and performance-driven Digital Brand Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses hands-on experience managing integrated digital campaigns across diverse channels. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through aggregator platforms and e-commerce marketplaces while optimizing brand visibility through SEO, SEM, and social media. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can translate performance data into actionable growth strategies. This is a brilliant opportunity to manage high-impact campaigns and coordinate with external agencies within a structured corporate environment that offers strong growth potential.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, plan, and implement integrated marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Drive revenue growth through aggregator platforms and e-commerce marketplaces by optimizing listings and promotions.
  • Create and manage a structured content calendar to ensure consistent brand messaging for the management review.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze ROI, and continuously optimize budgets to improve digital results.
  • Work closely with external agencies and internal management to ensure alignment with brand strategy.
  • Liaise with Human Resources regarding internal communications and employer branding initiatives.
  • Utilize Information Technology tools for advanced data tracking and sales performance analysis.
  • Support brand-building initiatives and maintain a high-authority digital presence across all professional platforms.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in marketing, preferably within the F&B or e-commerce sectors.
  • Proven expertise in managing SEO, SEM, and social media advertising campaigns.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for management reporting.
  • Experience coordinating with external agencies and managing complex digital projects.
  • High level of proficiency in IT tools, specifically Google Analytics and social media dashboards.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple sales-driven campaigns simultaneously.
