Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized Document Controller for HR Business Support to join our team in Abu Dhabi for a temporary 3–4 month assignment. This role is fundamental to our HR framework, requiring a professional who can manage employee records and administrative processes for management and compliance review. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate HR documentation, streamlining workflows, and ensuring all files align with internal standards. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in HR Administration and a proactive approach to handling sensitive information. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain comprehensive HR documentation and employee records across our Abu Dhabi business units.
- Ensure proper organization and tracking of all HR-related files to meet management and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with the Human Resources team regarding administrative workflows, documentation audits, and policy compliance.
- Support day-to-day administrative tasks and assist in improving document management systems and digital filing structures.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and HRIS tools for efficient tracking and retrieval of confidential employee data.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or relevant certification in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- 2 to 3 years of professional experience in HR administration or dedicated document control.
- Strong background in management of HRIS, document management systems, and employee lifecycle records.
- Professional background in education or training regarding UAE labor laws, HR regulations, and data confidentiality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word, for advanced reporting and tracking.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a performance-driven environment.
