Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date document registers, ensuring all files are correctly coded and stored.
- Document Circulation: Manage the distribution of technical submittals, RFI, and site instructions between consultants, contractors, and clients.
- Procedural Compliance: Ensure that all document control procedures are strictly followed in accordance with project and company standards.
- System Administration: Proficiently use document management systems and MS Office to track the status of all incoming and outgoing project data.
- Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by providing well-organized and easily retrievable project records.
- Coordination: Support the project team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication channels.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience as a Document Controller in the UAE construction or interior fit-out sector.
- Software Skills: Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and various Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Organization: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse project stakeholders.
