Job Description:

The Driver/PRO will execute corporate driving assignments, manage government liaison tasks, process employment visas and labor permits across Mainland and Free Zone portals, renew trade licenses, and collaborate with office management to maintain seamless operational compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Execute safe corporate driving duties for office staff, clients, and document submissions across the UAE.
• Process employee visas, Emirates ID applications, medical fitness test appointments, and residency permits.
• Coordinate directly with Ministry of Human Resources & Emiratisation (MOHRE), GDRFA, DED, and Free Zone authorities.
• Manage Mainland trade license renewals, commercial registrations, and corporate legal documentation.
• Ensure prompt collection, submission, and tracking of official government papers and legal attestations.
• Maintain complete confidentiality, driving safety standards, vehicle upkeep, and strict punctuality.

🔹 Requirements:

• Valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License with an excellent driving record.
• Proven hands-on experience in PRO operations, government relations, and corporate administration in the UAE.
• Comprehensive knowledge of UAE road networks, Free Zone authority procedures, and Mainland DED portals.
• Demonstrated familiarity with MOHRE labor laws, visa immigration portals, and corporate licensing requirements.
• Strong verbal communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High sense of responsibility, professional demeanor, and punctual work ethic.
