Current Opportunities:

• Senior Buyer (Health & Beauty): Focus on Perfumes, Watches, and Accessories. Must have deep UAE market insight.
• Category Manager / Sr. Buyer (Electronics): End-to-end management of Electronics and Refurbished Laptop segments.
• Buyer (Refurbished Laptops & Electronics): Specialized vendor sourcing, price negotiation, and inventory planning.
• Buyer (Perfumes / Watches): Category management focused on trend analysis and local consumer preferences.
• B2B Sales / Business Development Manager: Driving strategic partnerships, corporate sales, and key account growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Sourcing: Identify and onboard high-performing vendors and distributors within the UAE market.
• Inventory Planning: Manage stock levels and product assortments to maximize turnover and minimize out-of-stock scenarios.
• Negotiation: Secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms to drive healthy category margins.
• Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, emerging trends, and consumer behavior to adjust category strategies.
• Sales Growth: For B2B roles, build a robust pipeline of corporate clients and strategic partners.
• Collaboration: Work with the digital marketing team to ensure optimal product placement and promotional effectiveness.

🔹 Requirements:

• UAE Experience: Strong and proven experience in the local UAE market is mandatory for all roles.
• Industry Background: Solid foundation in E-commerce or Retail operations is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, inventory management software, and advanced MS Excel.
• Soft Skills: Commercial mindset, excellent negotiation tactics, and the ability to thrive in a growth-driven environment.
• Preference: Female professionals are preferred for selected buying roles.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
