Job Description:

  • Plan, structure, and deliver highly engaging, interactive early years lessons aligned fully with statutory EYFS curriculum performance standards.

  • Support the physical, emotional, and social development parameters of young learners through play-based and structured learning modalities.
  • Assess student individual milestones continuously, building and maintaining accurate learning journey files and progress tracking records.
  • Communicate effectively, professionally, and transparently with parents and guardians regarding behavioral changes and student developmental outputs.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Possession of a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) in Early Years or a B.Ed (General) supplemented by a verified Early Childhood qualification is preferred.
  • Alternatively, a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in any academic discipline paired with a Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) focused on Early Years will be accepted.
  • Minimum of 1 to 2 years of professional classroom experience operating within active early learning centers or international British curriculum environments.
  • Deep structural understanding of the seven core areas of the EYFS framework, early learning goals, and child psychology principles.
  • Excellent classroom management capability, behavioral intervention skills, and positive reinforcement strategies.
