Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Safety Engineering: Support electrical and safety-related engineering activities, ensuring all systems align with international and local safety codes.
- Technical Documentation: Prepare clear, concise, and detailed technical reports and compliance documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Compliance Audits: Conduct on-site inspections and safety assessments to identify potential electrical hazards and provide mitigation strategies.
- Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal engineering teams to maintain high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate effectively with clients and regulatory bodies regarding safety certifications and technical approvals.
- Field Operations: Utilize your mobile capability to visit various project sites across Abu Dhabi for technical evaluations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Mandatory Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of proven experience specifically in safety engineering or a closely related field.
- Reporting Skills: Exceptional ability in technical reporting, documentation, and formal communication.
- Driving License: A valid UAE driving license is mandatory for site visits and coordination.
- Professionalism: Ability to work independently with high attention to detail and as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team.
- Context: Familiarity with Abu Dhabi’s engineering regulations and safety standards (e.g., ADDC, OSHAD) is a significant advantage.
