Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and technically skilled Electrical Engineer – Sales to join our team in the UAE. This role is fundamental to our business framework, requiring a professional who can manage sales activities for distribution and power transformers for management and technical review. You will be responsible for preparing tenders, identifying new business opportunities, and developing relationships with utility clients. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and hands-on experience in the UAE transformer market. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities related to power and distribution transformers across our Dubai and UAE accounts.
- Prepare and submit technical tenders and bids to meet management and client specifications.
- Liaise with the Human Resources and internal technical teams regarding project execution and CRM record maintenance.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with UAE utility clients and stakeholders.
- Utilize digital Information Technology and CRM systems for efficient lead tracking, bidding, and sales reporting.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Tech/B.E) in Electrical Engineering from a recognized academic institution.
- 3–4 years of professional UAE experience in transformer sales or a closely related electrical domain.
- Strong background in management of tendering processes, bid submissions, and client account development.
- Professional background in education or training regarding distribution and power transformer dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to perform effectively in the UAE utilities market.
- Ability to join within 30 days; a UAE driving license is preferred for this professional role.
