Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to join our senior leadership team in Abu Dhabi. This role is fundamental to our executive operations, requiring a professional who can deliver top-level administrative support with total discretion and poise. You will be responsible for acting as the primary point of contact for senior executives, managing complex calendars, and ensuring the smooth execution of high-priority projects. We are looking for a presentable and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced corporate environment and can manage multiple responsibilities with precision. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, ensuring operational efficiency at the leadership level.
- Proactively manage executive calendars, schedule high-stakes meetings, and coordinate complex international travel arrangements.
- Prepare detailed reports, sophisticated presentations, and official corporate correspondence for management review.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive financial, strategic, and personnel information.
- Coordinate effectively with internal departments, including Human Resources and finance, to align executive priorities.
- Organize advanced documentation systems and maintain rigorous filing structures for easy retrieval.
- Utilize Information Technology tools to streamline executive workflows and digital communications.
- Support ongoing corporate projects, ensuring timely follow-ups and the meeting of all critical deadlines.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma, or Certificate in Business Administration or a related academic field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience specifically as an Executive Assistant supporting senior leadership.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and high-level time management abilities.
- Proven proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and modern IT productivity tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and presentable demeanor.
- Prior UAE work experience in a corporate setting is highly preferred.
- Solid background in education regarding corporate etiquette and executive office protocols.
- Immediate joiners will be given strong preference for this Abu Dhabi-based role.
