🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex corporate calendar completely, structuring high-priority meetings, tracking agendas, and coordinating detailed international travel itineraries.
- Coordinate internal and external corporate communications seamlessly, acting as a disciplined point of contact for the executive suite.
- Prepare high-fidelity reports, executive presentations, official meeting briefs, and track critical follow-up action items systematically.
- Support general office administration and daily operational workflows to maximize administrative performance and data accuracy.
- Liaise directly with high-profile clients, corporate vendors, and key stakeholders to maintain strong professional alignment links.
- Manage, structure, and maintain complex executive workflows and milestone tracking matrices using Zoho and Monday.com platforms.
- Reconcile daily corporate expense sheets, tracking scheduling logs, communication registries, and meeting archive documentation folders.
🔹 Requirements:
- 5+ years of high-performance professional history driving executive-level support, heading administrative channels, or directing workflow coordination tracks explicitly supporting C-level executives. Previous corporate experience within an agency or financial services environment is an essential criteria, with immediate readiness for workspace deployment in Dubai.
- Advanced technical workspace data literacy with sharp capabilities tracking task durations, building analytical spreadsheets, and organizing asset tables inside Microsoft Excel databases.
- Proven operational mastery over modern workplace management systems and cloud architectures, specifically including Zoho, Monday.com, Microsoft Office suites, and Google Workspace applications.
