🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Calendar Mastery: Proactively manage the CEO’s appointments, board meetings, and travel schedules to maximize time efficiency and operational focus.
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary interface between the CEO’s office and internal/external partners, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Corporate Correspondence: Draft, edit, and manage high-level emails, technical reports, and official memos on behalf of the CEO.
  • Travel & Logistics: Coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including visa processing, accommodation, and detailed expense tracking.
  • Data Governance: Organize and maintain secure files and confidential corporate records with a high level of accessibility and organization.
  • Project Support: Provide analytical support for special corporate projects, conducting research and monitoring critical deadlines.
  • Meeting Management: Attend executive meetings, document minutes, and ensure rigorous follow-up on all action items across cross-functional teams.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written English communication and documentation skills.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office Suite and modern digital task management or ERP tools.
  • Organizational Skills: A disciplined approach to multitasking with a sharp focus on detail and relentless follow-up.
  • Integrity: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
  • Adaptability: Ability to support executive operations across multiple locations, including Sharjah and Abu Dhabi.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree holder or professional diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
