Job Description:

We are seeking an organized, motivated, and structured Executive (Front Office & Billing) to join our professional healthcare administration operations team in Jumeirah, Dubai. This role is fundamental to our organizational framework, requiring an administrative and patient services professional who can deliver documentation and revenue claim precision for management and operational performance review. You will be responsible for overseeing daily patient intake flows, organizing clinic appointment tracks, processing insurance verification logs, archiving administrative compliance files, and executing precise medical billing and coding pathways. We are looking for an individual with a strong foundation in Certified Professional Coding (CPC), Insurance Pre-Approval Workflows, and Front-Desk Client Relations and a proactive approach to operational tracking. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage comprehensive day-to-day patient appointment tracks, reception desk setups, and client check-in streams to meet management and clinical service standards.
  • Support structural integrity in Dubai, checking insurance eligibility records, reviewing patient medical entry data, and archiving billing reconciliation files with 100% precision.
  • Liaise with the Human Resources department, clinical nursing units, specialist physicians, and corporate insurance providers to facilitate professional organizational coordination of integrated patient care paths.
  • Formulate clear front-desk administrative records, manage immediate patient scheduling queries, verify medical claim consent parameters, and coordinate flexible morning, mid, and evening shift handovers to avoid facility bottlenecks.
  • Utilize digital Information Technology suites, specialized billing systems, and clinic databases to update patient diagnostics, log payment distributions, and manage electronic data entry streams at a minimum speed of 35 WPM.

🔹 Requirements:

  • An official Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or dedicated Medical Coding & Billing Certification is strictly mandatory.
  • Minimum academic attainment of Grade 12 is required; graduation in a healthcare discipline, medical diploma, or university degree is an added advantage.
  • Strong background in the management of front-office environments or medical customer relations parameters under fast-paced clinic conditions.
  • Professional background in education regarding medical terminology, insurance pre-authorization mechanics, accurate cash handling, and patient communication standards.
  • Demonstrated technical ability to maintain a typing speed of 35 WPM or higher alongside full digital literacy in MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with a highly polished, professional etiquette baseline.
  • Ability to demonstrate operational excellence, navigate shift rotations (morning, mid, evening duties), handle multiple patient priorities under pressure, and thrive in an elite Dubai medical enterprise.
