Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- GDS Management: Utilize Sabre, Galileo, and Amadeus to perform real-time airline searches, bookings, and inventory management.
- Consultancy: Provide expert guidance to clients regarding travel routes, international destinations, and cost-effective travel options.
- Ticket Lifecycle: Execute precise ticket issuance, reissuance, and refund procedures in accordance with airline-specific policies.
- Issue Resolution: Handle complex booking changes, cancellations, and schedule disruptions with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Regulatory Updates: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of global travel rules, visa requirements, and evolving airline regulations.
- Sales Support: Drive sales activities and meet targets as directed by management to support organizational growth.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a ticketing or reservation role within a travel agency or airline.
- Technical Skills: Advanced working knowledge of Sabre, Galileo, or Amadeus is mandatory.
- Education: Graduate from a recognized university or discipline.
- Competencies: Strong interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and a high level of commitment to deadlines.
