Job Description / Role
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation: Manage and prepare all essential export documentation, ensuring 100% accuracy and compliance with local and international procedures.
- Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external freight partners to coordinate timely shipment dispatches.
- Record Keeping: Maintain meticulously organized and up-to-date digital and physical records of all logistics activities.
- Team Support: Provide daily administrative and operational support to the broader logistics team to ensure workflow continuity.
- Operational Flow: Assist with routine tasks and troubleshoot minor logistics bottlenecks to support smooth day-to-day operations.
🔹 Requirements:
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience specifically in export operations and documentation.
- Knowledge: Strong basic understanding of export procedures and general logistics workflows.
- Organizational Skills: A keen eye for detail with the ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
- Soft Skills: A proactive attitude and the ability to work effectively within a high-pressure team environment.
- Communication: Professional verbal and written communication skills for partner and internal coordination.
