Job Description / Role
🔹 Open Positions & Key Responsibilities:
1. EYFS Teacher
- Curriculum Delivery: Implement the EYFS framework effectively, focusing on the seven areas of learning and development.
- Child Observation: Conduct regular observations and assessments to track individual student progress and development milestones.
- Lesson Planning: Design engaging, play-based learning activities that foster early literacy, numeracy, and social skills.
- Classroom Management: Maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to early learning.
2. Art Teacher
- Creative Instruction: Plan and deliver engaging art lessons across various mediums to students of different age groups.
- Inspiration: Foster a love for the arts by encouraging students to explore their creativity and develop technical artistic skills.
- Assessment: Evaluate student artwork and progress, providing constructive feedback to support their creative growth.
- Exhibition: Coordinate student art displays and school-wide creative projects to celebrate student achievements.
🔹 Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (for EYFS) or Fine Arts/Art Education (for Art Teacher).
- Qualification: Mandatory teaching qualification such as B.Ed, PGCE, or equivalent.
- Specialized Certs: For EYFS, relevant certifications like CACHE Level 3 are highly desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is preferred, ideally within a structured school environment.
- Skills: Strong classroom management, exceptional communication, and the ability to work collaboratively within a teaching team.
