Job Description:

The Facilities Engineer will be responsible for the day-to-day management of on-site operations in Abu Dhabi. This role ensures that all building systems, including HVAC and ELV, operate at peak efficiency while maintaining strict safety compliance.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily facility operations to ensure ELV, ICT, HVAC, and safety systems function efficiently.
• Oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) activities and lead troubleshooting for infrastructure systems.
• Coordinate with external contractors and consultants for installations, repairs, and system upgrades.
• Ensure full compliance with Abu Dhabi local authority regulations and internal safety policies.
• Maintain accurate documentation, including operational reports, service logs, and work schedules.
• Assist in emergency preparedness, fire safety systems management, and evacuation planning.

🔹 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on, on-site facilities management experience specifically in Abu Dhabi.
• Solid understanding of ELV, ICT, and integrated building management systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills with high organizational ability.
• Currently based in the UAE and available for an on-site role.
