Job Description:

The Factory Manager – Jewellery Workshop will lead overall manufacturing activities, manage workshop technical teams, maintain material inventory controls, enforce strict quality standards, and report directly to senior management in Dubai. 🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day workshop operations, master production scheduling, and project completion deadlines.
• Supervise master jewellers, stone setters, polishers, and technical workshop personnel.
• Oversee end-to-end production, custom orders, and repairs through to final quality inspection.
• Ensure complete precision in gold purity, total weight, precise dimensions, stone setting, and finishing.
• Maintain rigorous accounting and control over gold, precious gemstones, scrap metal, and material loss.
• Resolve technical production bottlenecks, streamline operational efficiency, and minimize rework.

🔹 Requirements:

• Proven jewellery workshop or factory management experience within the United Arab Emirates.
• Deep technical expertise in 14K and 18K gold jewellery manufacturing and casting procedures.
• Exceptional team leadership, production planning, and operational problem-solving capabilities.
• High level of precision with strong attention to detail and production reporting accuracy.
• Prior hands-on UAE jewellery workshop manufacturing experience is strictly required.
